What Is Klick Bazar 7 Day Easy Return And Exchange Policy? 

How Does It Work? 7 days Easy return and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

To Return A Product To KLICK BAZAR, Please Follow These Steps

You can return products purchased from KlickBazar within 7 days of receiving the product, except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for limited number of days.

Create a 'Return Request' under Account &; Returns . Follow the screens that comeup after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that

we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.

If any cases the first option are not working than customer has to drop an e-mail on ( with the product images and issue with the product or must be mentionRef.ORDER ID.

1.We offer Reverse pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.

2.If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

Pick-up If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff will initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk. Once your product has been approved by our Q.C Team. After approved your return claim than we will arrange reverse pick with in 24 Working hours. We will send you a Reverse pickup confirmation email on your registered Email id with Courier Name & AWB NO you can track the status of your return request on Website.

Self-ship In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to Ware house of . Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on Name of the product & quantity and place it in the packet. When You will be shipped return product at ware house than you have to provide or share return Courier slip/shipment details ( Like :-courier Name , awb no. date of dispatched ) with us . self shipment charges will be payable by klickbazar. After your received returned product at warehouse than will be credit courier charges in your account<strong>. ( Maximum Courier Charges amount to avail this offer must be greater than or equal to ₹100.)

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions

Correct Product : IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.Complete Product : All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product : The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Undamaged Packaging : Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

Once we pick up and receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product investigation by quality check ( Q.C TEAM).

Than will be Processed Replacement / Refund Against order id with in 24 Hours.

Replacement & Refund Process :

Vendor will be processed Replacement or Refund After Received Your return Product at Ware house with in 24 Hours.

Term &Conditions :

FOR COD Order :- – if you have place the order & want to retune the product for any reason as per return policy . After approved Return Claim than will be processed only replacement or Exchange Product against customer order id in case customer does not want to Replacement product than will be credit your product amount in wallet account & you can use your credit amount for the product purchase.

2.FOR Prepaid Order :- if you have place the order & want to retune the product for any reason as per return policy . After approved Return Claim than will be processed Replacement or refund same As Payment mode.
